Andaz Scottsdale Wedding | Nicki + DJ

One of the main reasons I love Arizona is because of the stunning desert backdrops. I first discovered the Andaz Resort during a venue walk-through with Nicki and her amazing wedding planner. The property itself is completely stunning and unlike anything I’ve ever seen. The all-white walls and clean and modern architecture completely caught my eye. The venue seemed like the perfect location for a wedding that is focused on all of the fun! And truly, that is exactly what Nicki and DJ were going to bring.

Their day will forever be one of my favorites. There were so many beautiful and intimate moments that helped make the entire day so special. They considered everything and everyone and there was so much love that surrounded them. Their day didn’t just revolve around photos and poses but focused more on the people who are a part of their love story and the authentic moments. Throughout the day both the bride and groom gave and received gifts that were so meaningful and personal. One of my absolute favorite moments was right after first look when the groom gifted the bride with a piece of land in Scotland so she could become a ‘Lady’. Nicki is a major fan of the show ‘Outlander’ and I thought that was such a unique and perfect gift!

Every time I look through this gallery it completely warms my heart. Between all of the picture perfect moments and the quiet intimate details, it truly the perfect day.

The amazing film created by Good Vibe Media nearly brought me to tears. It truly captures the absolute magic that filled the day.

Open Field Arizona Engagement Session | Tina + Luke

These two sweet loves chose to do their engagement session at one of the dreamiest locations in Arizona. The warm sunlight created the perfect glow on the open fields and vast mountain views. I could not believe how joyful these two were in each other’s arms. They simply played and ran through the empty fields as I captured the sweetest moments.

Oogie Boogie Bash + Disneyland

Fall has been my favorite season for as long as I can remember. And if you know me well, you know that Disneyland is my absolute favorite place in the world. This year will be the first that we don’t head to Disneyland to experience the Fall + Halloween transformation that they create. That thought alone almost brings me to tears (forreal).

Last year we purchased tickets to the Oogie Boogie Bash hosted at California Adventures. It was the first year that the Halloween event wasn’t held at Disneyland and we knew we had to experience it for ourselves. Of course, Disney did not disappoint.

We. Had. A. BLAST.

I am coping with the fact that we won’t be able to attend another Disney bash this year by reminiscing and sharing last year’s extravaganza with you all. We dressed up as Marvel Superheroes (I was Gamora - minus the green skin, LOL), we went trick or treating, visited Star Wars land finally, ate endlessly and had the most marvelous time.

The treats were undeniable - I almost go to Disneyland for the food alone. We snacked on so many delish eats and yet I still feel like we missed out on a ton of other good ones! Being that my kiddos are older, we didn’t spend a ton of time at the character meet & greets this year. Instead we ran around each park until they closed the gates, went on all of our favorite rides and stuffed our faces.
